Our Quail Eggs

We pride ourselves in providing quailty eggs to support high fertility and hatch rates. Our eggs are laid by happy good temperament quail and are shipped within 24-48 hours of being collected.

Bird Health

We are committed to sustainable and healthy practices in raising the quail supplying our hatching eggs At Quail Haven we feed good local crumble, oyster shells, probiotics and of course meal worms.

All quail chicks to 4 weeks of age are provided electrolytes and vitamin supplements daily. Mature birds continue to have these two supplements twice weekly.

All birds are checked daily for health and any signs of concern.

Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that our eggs are of the highest quality. Our eggs are inspected and graded before they are packaged and delivered to you.

Orders for Hatching Eggs and Live birds

Hatching Eggs

Hatching eggs ship across Canada weekly. Prices vary based on selection from $22.00 to $29.99 plus shipping. Egg former shippers are additional and optional however advisable to ensure eggs are protected during transport. Orders can take 5-10 days to process. A tracking number will be provided.

Chicks

We do offer live chicks when we do our hatches. If wishing to secure an order for chicks, a small deposit is optional but advisable to secure your order otherwise once hatched, its first come first serve by availability. They will be posted on website for purchase. If you are not putting a deposit we will send you an email when chicks are for sale on the site at your request. Please note they often will sell out in 24-48 hours of being posted. Pick up is then arranged and they must be picked up with in 72 hours. There is No Shipping on live birds! All will be straight run and random selected as we fufill your order. If you wish to secure an order by deposit please contact us.

Return policy

All eggs and chicks are final sale. Returns cannot be accepted. We do not return chicks or birds due to our biosecurity measures. Hatching eggs there is no guarantee that all will hatch depending on how you have stored and incubated. We will send you instructions.
